2025 Call for Presenters

Do you have a topic and presentation that you think would be a great fit for the 2025 Colorado State EMS Conference? We want to hear from you!

Thank you for taking the time to submit a proposal to speak at the 2025 Annual Colorado State EMS Conference. We look forward to reviewing all of the proposals submitted, all submissions will be reviewed by and selected by the EMSAC Conference and Education Committee to ensure that the conference is covering all requirements for continuing education. Submission Requirements

Before proceeding please review the list of requirements and questions that you will be asked for throughout the submission process:

  • Primary Presenter Information including headshot and bio – This is the person that all communications will go through
  • Past Experience as a speaker
  • Co-presenter Information including headshot and bio
  • Type of presentation :
    PCAD Workshop: These sessions take place on Thursday, November 6th and run for a half day (4 hours) or a full day (8 hours), they are typically interactive and hands-on, covering a wide array of topics.

    General Session: This session is the opening session to the conference and is an hour and half long, the committee is looking for someone to capture the audience with inspiration and education. Please include links to video’s of you presenting or to your website if you have any, so that we may fully review you for this opening session!

    Breakout Session: Breakout sessions range from one hour to an hour and a half and happen concurrently with other sessions happening at the same time. If your session is very specific to a certain audience at the EMSAC conference, this would be a great spot for you to spotlight your session.

  • Brief Proposal Description (300 words)
  • Detailed Proposal Description (1500 Characters)
  • Target Audience – ALS or BLS, Both or Other
  • Specialty Area or Curriculum:
    – Case Review Presentation
    – Core Knowledge: ALS
    – Core Knowledge: BLS
    – Mangement/Instruction
    – Skills/Hands-on Session-on Session
    – Specialty Topics
    – Critical Care
  • Time Required to present topic
  • 2 Learning Objectives: Objectives will be a maximum of 2 sentences and need to be measurable. Objectives need to describe intended results, outcomes, and changes.

  • AV Requirements: EMSAC will provide a computer, clicker, projector, screen, computer audio and microphone. Any additional requests will be reviewed by the committee.
