If your organization has a Group Membership through EMSAC and will be registering 4+ people from your agency, please use the link below to start the process of registering your group. Note that each attendee will need to be linked to the groups membership before you can register them.

Once you have registered yourself as the groups point of contact, you can enter all group member registrations via your group portal and the “Register Another” button. Alternatively, you may send the portal link to your group members and they can register themselves by clicking the same button. 

Group registrants are not required to submit payment however, if there are any issues please direct them to complete their registration and exit out of the system instead of submitting payment. EMSAC Staff will be able to manually finalize the record and merge it into the group. 

Be sure to use the correct email for each attendee when registering – After each group member has a finalized registration, they will receive a confirmation email including instructions to select sessions via their “MyAgenda” scheduler.
